- All households residing in ESSCA's boundaries are eligible for membership.
- ESSCA's boundaries are: Takoma Park and the B&O railroad tracks to the south, Georgia Avenue to the west, Bonifant Street and Dale Drive to the north, and Piney Branch Road to the east (see map below)
- Membership fee is $10 per household, per year (September-June)
- Dues may be paid at any membership meeting or sent to: ESSCA, c/o Steve Knight, 808 Violet Place, Silver Spring MD 20910
